TWS_PASSWORD_PAPER_FILE and TWS_USERID_PAPER env not used

Describe the bug

TWS_PASSWORD_PAPER_FILE and/or TWS_USERID_PAPER seems to be not used when TRADING_MODE=paper.

It doesn't log in.

It only logs in if I give TWS_PASSWORD_FILE with the paper user pass and set TWS_USERID to paper user. TRADING_MODE is paper.

Nvm it doesn't work with TWS_USER_ID_PAPER either. I need to set TWS_USERID and TWS_PASSWORD_FILE to be able to log in to my paper account.

i'm using it every day. Have you tried #103 as explained on the README.md?
