docs: correct go-ruby-* family count to 104 CI-green / 71 bound#100

The announced figures were stale (53 modules / 40 bound). Full gh enumeration of latest-main workflow-run conclusions across all go-ruby-* orgs proves 104 CI-green standalone modules (only the go-ruby-stdlib meta-org is empty; go-ruby-xslt is currently red). rbgo non-test code imports 71 distinct go-ruby-*/* modules, so the bound list is regenerated to match.
