Invest more in time management

Feature Description

We are guessing is there a chance to have Gitea manage time expected/spent on issues

I have created an organization-wide project, filled it with issues to solve and expect more time management features including

• gantt or just stacked columns summing up a per-assignee expected time on issues in project
• gantt or sum per-assignee actual time spent on issues with discrepancy expected-actual

Something like

with ability to drill down to actual issues

What can be done to have similar report with insights of how things are going on? We want to avoid other tools if possible.

I tried to create a workaround using API, but it looks like API provide no info on projects at all.
A can find issues based on labels, but not by project, also, getting issue itself - there is no project reference in reply.
Am I missing something?
