We require long-term support for translating README files to prevent them from becoming outdated.

Agree. Thank you for the PR. To make the code base maintainable, for some parts (like README.md), we need some long time active maintainers to keep maintaining them.

In my opinion, having a README in Persian would be very helpful, and this PR provides that.
