[Bug] Why is it snowing in April

I'm currently running build 2022.04 of Earth but there seems to be a bug with the weather subsystem. Currently it's the month of April and it seems to be snowing in Southern Canada, which is not the expected behaviour.

Here are my currently environment variables:

$ date
Mon Apr 18 11:52:40 PDT 2022
$ echo $EARTH_BUILD
2022.04
$ echo $SEASON
Spring

and this is the console printout:

Is anyone else having this issue? I think we if add a few degrees to the bias component of the temperature function it should do the trick.

nvm, it seems like the bug reappeared on the latest build:

$ date
Wed 29 Mar 2023 15:41:12 EDT
$ echo $EARTH_BUILD
2023.03
$ echo $SEASON
Spring
