Inspector plugin documentation outdated

Issue description:
can_handle_object and parse_property are now private.
_parse_property signature has changed.

This bugged me and my other dev friend a lot. Here's the image below of new _parse_property type hints:

Seems resolved to me:

• inspector_plugins.rst: add new "wide" parameter to _parse_property #8211
