Warning System Documentation needs updating

Issue description:
This page still uses comments, when these have been replaced by annotations.
The in-engine documentation uses annotations, however. (Which seem to be correct, as it actually bothers filling in the warning-id.)
Also, related, there is no annotation usage for '# warning-ignore-all:warning-id' yet. I can make a separate issue for this part if I must.
