Godot never enables plugins automatically. This wasn't a big issue for the loaders in 4.1.1, but with the Android export changes in 4.2 the plugin no longer functions if you do not specifically enable it.
This has tripped a lot of new (and experienced) users up throughout this week. This PR adds a step to the setup instructions on our manual so that at least people will see it if they RTFM.
