I manually combed the 3.x commit log to find notable entries.

Another tiny fix I had in my provisional "3.3-stable version bump" commit:

  • Mono: s/6.12.0.114/6.12.0.122/
  • [Unreleased]: https://github.com/godotengine/godot/compare/3.3-stable...HEAD should be removed IMO, HEAD is not clear (is that master HEAD?) and the visualization of changes from 3.3-stable to the tip of master is not practically usable (it only lists 5000+ commits and shows 250 of them). Could be changed to make a diff with 3.x or with 3.3, but I'm not sure it's worth having in the changelog ("Unreleeased" is both 4.0, 3.4 and 3.3.1 so it would need to be three entries, and both 4.0 and 3.4 would suffer from the above mentioned GitHub visualization limitation on huge diffs).

Also would be good to add mentions to the project setting added today in #48059 and glTF import option from #48058.

#45202 should be added to this list. I looked through my PRs and I think this is the only noteworthy thing missing.

For "Linux: PulseAudio and ALSA libraries are now dynamically loaded.", it should also mention that udev is dynamically loaded too (#46117).

I force pushed an amend that takes into account all above feedback (and added a couple items under Fixes > Physics).
