Final public-beta readiness

• Resolves external Claude and Gemini public-readiness feedback after verifying every reported point against the real repository.
• Replaces internal process notes in PROJECT_STATUS.md with a concise public project status.
• Reworks ROADMAP.md into a public-facing product roadmap instead of a micro-version development log.
• Adds a structured GitHub bug-report issue form for reproducible public-beta feedback with an explicit privacy check.
• Completes a README and documentation link, language-placement, screenshot-version, and wording review.
• Replaces the earlier German public screenshot references with current English v0.37.2 captures for desktop and narrow layouts.
• Clarifies the validated guided macOS workflow versus manual Linux and Windows use that has not received equivalent release validation.
• Makes project-relative data paths, Ollama requirements, user-controlled model downloads, memory/time considerations, Judge limitations, and public benchmark boundaries easier to find.
• Confirms that the repository public-exposure scan found zero blockers and that internal Markdown links resolve.

This release changes public documentation, release metadata, and the GitHub issue form only. It does not change application, benchmark, Judge, scoring, recommendation, storage, history, Ollama, or export logic.

Validation basis

• The underlying v0.37 application state passed a clean-room installation rehearsal and app smoke test.
• A reduced representative validation covered small, medium, and larger-safe local target models; quick, German-language, and coding profiles; and three selectable local Judge models.
• The existing automated suite passes with 181 tests.
• git diff --check, the internal Markdown link scan, and the GitHub issue-form YAML validation pass.
• The validation confirms the shared workflow and safe handling of retries and empty responses. It is not an exhaustive guarantee for every model, quantization, platform, or hardware configuration.

Relationship to v0.37.1

Version v0.37.2 builds on the v0.37.1 public-readiness documentation. Its current English screenshot set still shows the unchanged v0.37 application UI because neither v0.37.1 nor v0.37.2 changes application behavior.
