prometheus exporter 生成，通过struct tag 标记生成指标样本

PS

1. 是指标的help必须有，没有会被忽略
2. 指标名必须匹配正则 ^[A-Za-z0-9_-]{2,}$
3. 标签值有以下字符：[{}"]'，值会被替换为 illegal
4. 指标值必须是可被转化为float64的或这是bool类型
