x/pkgsite: search for go-cmp fails

What did you do?

I typed go-cmp into the search field.

What did you see happen?

There are some results, but at least the first ten of those are imported by literally nobody.
github.com/google/go-cmp is not among them.

What did you expect to see?

The extremely popular github.com/google/go-cmp should be the first result. At the very least it should be listed.

I suppose it's because the actual package that's imported is github.com/google/go-cmp/cmp, and there's nothing to import at the go-cmp level?

That package is the second hit for cmp (after the stdlib cmp).

Fair enough. I still think searching for go-cmp should prominently bring up that package. After all, the point of a search function is to find things if you don't know exactly what you are looking for.

I have the same issue and I'm surprised that you cannot search a golang package simply by its name.
I don't think it makes sense that the search function returns results for packages that import the package you are searching for?

It would be nice to hear from the devs if this is a bug or not.
