go/types, types2: panic with invalid cyclic program involving unsafe.Sizeof

[griesemer]

This program panics when type checking (playground):

type A [unsafe.Sizeof(S{})]byte

type S struct {
	a A
}

The program is invalid but the type checker/compiler should report an error.

This looks like it could be the same thing, so I don't want to create a duplicate issue. I ran into a similar panic when testing an open source linter. Here's the repro with trace logs enabled:

cd $(mktemp -d)
git clone https://github.com/charithe/durationcheck
cd durationcheck

# I manually set `check.conf._Trace = true` inside
# /opt/homebrew/Cellar/go/1.25.3/libexec/src/go/types/check.go since I
# couldn't see a convenient way to do it from outside.
go test
