Clone it: git clone https://github.com/<you>/<your-lab>.git && cd <your-lab>
Run setup: ./setup.sh
Open Claude Code in this directory: claude
Open Claude Code (claude), then type /onboard to begin the 4-phase first-time ritual (~20 min). It populates your profile, snowballs ~150-400 papers into your brain, and surfaces a non-obvious connection between your interests and curiosity threads.
