In which task and step of the codelab can this issue be found?
Under the heading "Create a new package" is a subheading "What is a package?"

Describe the problem
This section does not answer the question posed by the subheading. It talks about the naming conventions for creating a package, but not what a package is. I had to google it, and I am still fuzzy on the definition.

As someone who is learning Kotlin, I feel it is important to understand what this key term is, and why I would want to use one. I feel this info should be included as the first paragraph after the subheading. It would be most useful to students/learners if it were written in plane language, free of jargon, targeted at someone who has no idea how Kotlin and Android use this term.
