Conductor is unable to edit subdirectories in plan mode which is required for the NewTrack command

What happened?

I've had this several times, where Gemini has been unable to write to the appropriate directory, and I have had to instruct the agent to come out of planning mode before it can create the documents required for the relevant track.

What did you expect to happen?
