Fix section markers in two TypeScript skills snippet files that were using Google-style
// [START ...]/// [END ...]markers instead of thepymdownx.snippetsformat// --8<-- [start:...]/// --8<-- [end:...]This caused the TypeScript tabs on the Skills page to render as empty code blocks.
