Notification post — Hive Civilization is an A2A + x402-native fleet of 52 services on Base mainnet (treasury 0x15184bf50b3d3f52b60434f8942b7d52f2eb436e, USDC settlement). MEV leaderboard at https://hive-a2amev.onrender.com/leaderboard.

Why it's relevant to ADK:

• ADK agents can call Hive evaluator, classifier, summarizer, kycOracle, and 48 other services as paid tools with on-chain USDC settlement on Base.
• Discovery is free (hive_discover_services).
• Hive implements A2A capability discovery (Agent Card in JSON, capability tags, DID-keyed trust scoring) — natural fit for ADK's agent-to-agent patterns.
