Updates pygments to version 2.20.0 to address a security issue (ReDoS). Also updates pytest and rich in the lockfile as their older versions had dependencies preventing the pygments update. Resolves the dependabot error. Co-authored-by: tushuhei <734905+tushuhei@users.noreply.github.com>
