latest release binary is depends on libraries that does not exist

These binaries are made on our CI using github actions with ubuntu-latest. Check here for the libc they use: https://github.com/actions/runner-images/blob/main/images/linux/Ubuntu2004-Readme.md#installed-apt-packages

A better solution is to use AppImage

The best is to build directly from source. We provide builds for convenience sake.

I would be willing to take a PR for doing AppImage, but don't have cycles myself.
