Google Signin button not showing in my web app

Hello,

I am able to get it to render/view on a normal render, it fails to do so with a div tag when put in a js template. Template is used to render pop up sign-in modal.
I tried both using div tag and calling the API gapi.signin2.render(). Doesn't seem to be working.
Here is are the references I am using.

Is there anything specific I need to be doing or missing to add the button to template based modal content.

Your code has two issues;

1.) You must wait for the modal's template to be added to your DOM before you call the render method, which expects the placeholder to already be there.

2.) The render method's first parameter is the ID (not class) of your element.
