displayMode markers not working with assigned key.

I'm trying to implement a geochart with markers in my web application but only the map is being displayed and not the markers. I don't know if I'm using the wrong api level or if my key doesn't have the proper settings or some of my syntax is just plain wrong. I've been testing it in a static html page and this is as far as I got.
