GeoChart - Update for Subdivision Codes of China #3024
China has changed its subdivision codes in 2017-11-23, while GeoChart is still using the old form in the
currentversion.Another minor issue: The official name for the old
CN-45(newCN-GX) subdivision should be "广西壮族自治区" instead of "广西省".
