Cluster icon shows wrong number of submissions

See below image. The clustered geometries each contain a submission as evident in Ground platform (--> 37/37, 11/11, 23/23), however, numbers here indicate that only parts of the geometries contain submissions (--> 30/37, 3/11, 3/23). This should only happen with pre-uploaded geometries. The survey in question only contains freshly drawn geometries.

Saw this happen in multiple surveys.

this is likely related to issues with the on-create-loi trigger on firebase, which caused the submission count parameter to be missing. @rfontanarosa has already fixed it, but LOIs created in the last couple of weeks may still have the submission count in the app showing 0 in the app.

Since the clusters show 'number of submissions / number of LOIs', the missing submission counts lead to clusters displaying incorrect ratios
