Official support for JDO

On the mailing list I have seen a rudimentary implementation supporting jdo. Official support would broaden the appeal of app engine given the recent upgrade of the datanucleus plugin.

JDO is a dead standard and Appengine supports JPA, so we made the decision that we were quite happy that there are enough choices.
