In case anyone was curious to make sure the defines were propagated in the openfhe build, they were thanks to jeremy https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel-central-registry/blob/main/modules/openfhe/1.4.2.bcr.1/overlay/BUILD

Looks like there's still some fixes needed for the frontend |

Frontend tests should now be fixed, just had to update paths since bazelmod canonical repo names end in a plus |
