is there a fixed release date? there are so many new commits, I can't keep up with running all tests on armv7 (gcc-14/15/16, +neon, non-neon)

hm, I understand. I'm still working on fixing RVV, which is usually the most troublesome/buggy target. As soon as that's green, we can just about immediately release.

Can you maybe ping me and allow 3-4 days to run all tests, once there is some kind of "code freeze"? It takes easily half a day to run one of the targets (I've got six of them) and the device can stall. Which means I need to restart everything.

hm, I understand. I've sent an RC, tests running again now. We can hold further (non-release-fix) changes for say 2 days, hope that's enough to run the most important targets?
