…apsed time of the last modeled input This refactor makes the modeling code more uniform in how it calculates traveled distance and elapsed time, factors out a bit more bookkeeping from individual input modeler implementations into the `StrokeInputModeler` core, and helps us be a little more disciplined about using real-input vs. full-stroke elapsed time in tip modeler calculations.
