Last version of JarJar dates back 2012 (https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.googlecode.jarjar/jarjar/1.3).

Are there any plans to release a new version with the latest changes for multi-release jars?

We have a fork (https://github.com/eed3si9n/jarjar-abrams) that is also a fork of https://github.com/pantsbuild/jarjar which is also a fork of https://code.google.com/archive/p/jarjar/ (as is this project)

I'd be happy to help backport changes, but the testing framework is definitely a bit different, or I can recommend jarjar-abrams.
