Description
Hello,
When used at small sizes, lock-open icon looks like lock icon. At the size it's used in the app I'm using, there is just one row of pixels for the gap making these two icons virtually the same.

[rendering of the icon font in Firefox on OSX 10.9.5]
I'm no designer, but I would think, something more obvious would make it much easier to distinguish the two (especially at small sizes or for the visually impaired):
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="24" height="24" viewBox="0 0 24 24"><path fill="none" d="M0 0h24v24H0V0z"/><path d="M18 8h-1.1c.9-1.8.7-4-.7-5.6-1.8-2.1-5-2.3-7.1-.5l1.3 1.4c1.3-1.1 3.2-1 4.4.3 1.1 1.3 1 3.2-.3 4.3H6c-1.1 0-2 .9-2 2v10c0 1.1.9 2 2 2h12c1.1 0 2-.9 2-2V10c0-1.1-.9-2-2-2zm0 12H6V10h12v10z"/><path d="M12 17c1.1 0 2-.9 2-2s-.9-2-2-2-2 .9-2 2 .9 2 2 2z"/></svg>
Not that I particularly like the above proposition, but I still think it's much better than current icon. Better still would be for the hook of the padlock to face the opposite way, but that would brake the icon bounds...

m.
