Adstock before hill for selected channels

To answer your question directly: No, it is not possible to set hill_before_adstock=True for only a subset of paid media channels.

In Meridian, the hill_before_adstock parameter in ModelSpec is a global boolean flag. It dictates the computational graph structure for the entire block of non reach and frequency paid media channels simultaneously.

Meridian processes paid media channels as a unified tensor, and hence the transformation pipeline is vectorized to maintain computational efficiency during MCMC sampling. Kindly check out this documentation if you wish to learn more.
