…lgorithm This change introduces a new flag `--congestion-control` to neper, allowing users to set the TCP connection's congestion control algorithm using `setsockopt(SOL_TCP, TCP_CONGESTION)`. The congestion control algorithm decides how fast the connection should send data across the network, to try to avoid overloading the network. To see the list of available congestion control algorithms on a Linux machine, you can use the following command: sysctl net.ipv4.tcp_available_congestion_control To see the current default congestion control algorithm on a Linux machine, you can use the following command: sysctl net.ipv4.tcp_congestion_control
