Update OSV.dev architecture overview

OSV.dev [architecture overview](https://github.com/google/osv.dev/blob/master/docs/contributing/architecture.md) is not up-to-date. We probably want to update it with more details: for example services like importer, worker, exporter; cron jobs like alias computation; etc.
