Currently ffmpeg is disabled from the bisection / OSV generation process because it's too large and slow to build.

However, ffmpeg has a pretty standardized format for fix commits that were the result of OSS-Fuzz: FFmpeg/FFmpeg@9af7de0

We could parse and generate OSV entries that way instead.
