…#4960) Coming back to google#4482, without the alias/upstream computation jobs for now because of complexity (google#4511), but now deleting the sitemap gen also.

Coming back to #4482, without the alias/upstream computation jobs for now because of complexity (#4511), but now deleting the sitemap gen also.
