…e#4975) Thanks to the new logger errors, we discovered that the override upload is not using the right marshaller. This PR fixes that, and adds some tests for mocking uploads to GCS.

Thanks to the new logger errors, we discovered that the override upload is not using the right marshaller.
This PR fixes that, and adds some tests for mocking uploads to GCS.
