The Spherical Video V2 RFC mentions that SVHD is mandatory but I couldn't find it in the code and noticed that ffmpeg/ffprobe was flagging v2 spherical video files as invalid: https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/blob/1f6699ef2675cba1ba2faa2472b4b0e200d07d34/libavformat/mov.c#L6793

This patch adds svhd support.

I manually tested AV1 encoded videos with ffprobe and VLC media player.
