__AARCH64_CMODEL_SMALL__ macro was introduced in clang 11.0.0, not 9.0.0

Thanks for the pull request. We had the right commit in the original view (llvm/llvm-project@d2e949e), but I see it's newer than Clang 9 (it's only tagged with Clang 11). |
