Move DIFQ test data to different folder

Move https://github.com/google/timesketch/tree/master/test_data to either https://github.com/google/timesketch/tree/master/end_to_end_tests or to https://github.com/google/timesketch/tree/master/test_tools

To consolidate the folders that contain test data.

That would include moving the data and adjusting the tests to pull from the right folders.
