Implemented the REPL mode when using the torq open command with multiple traces. The use can now pass a list of file paths, either being files or directories. If more than one trace file is found, torq opens in its REPL mode, which listens for PerfettoSQL commands and displays the outputs to the terminal. This feature allows for the aggregation of multi-trace data and makes it much easier to explore the results of a torq collection with multiple runs. Bug: 479537301 Bug: 486197592
