yapf does not conform to the C0411 standard, which governs the order of imports. this should be resolved.

I would recommend using isort if you want your imports intelligently sorted and conforming with flake, I don't think yapf's scope is to reorder imports

yapf claims to be gofmt for python; gofmt reorders imports as far as I can tell.

Yeah I think it might be a future feature, yapf is still on 0.1x.y.

Actually, we claim to be more like a clang-format for Python. :-) Reordering import statements isn't something I want yapf to do. I know that gofmt does that, but it's a lot trickier to do in Python, and I don't want to get into that quagmire.
