These were introduced from gax-grpc having a new dependency on io.grpc:grpc-xds, which in turn has dependencies on: - com.google.re2j:re2j (Go license) - org.bouncycastle:bcpkix-jdk15on and org.bouncycastle:bcprov-jdk15on (Bouncy Castle license)
