Add `RequesterPays` as `BucketField` entry

Currently, if I retrieve by ID, I receive null on requesterPays even when it has been enabled on a bucket.
Please add RequesterPays as BucketField entry (unless there is another recommended approach to querying requesterPays status of a bucket)
