Code Review

This pull request updates the requests dependency from version 2.32.2 to 2.32.4. This update is beneficial as it includes a security fix for CVE-2024-35159, which addresses a proxy authorization header leak. The changes in .github/requirements.in and the corresponding hash updates in .github/requirements.txt are correct and consistent. I have reviewed the changes and found no issues.
