Latest teeny-request@10.1.2 not available on npm

Similar to #903, this appears to be a release/publish issue.

The changelog indicates that teeny-request@10.1.2 was released recently and includes a fix for CVE-2026-3449, but it is not available on the npm registry.

The latest version currently available on npm is 10.1.0 (published about a year ago).
