Summary of the issue
The google_api_core-2.30.1.tar.gz source distribution from the most recent release doesn't feature attestation, i.e. https://pypi.org/integrity/google-api-core/v2.30.1/google_api_core-2.30.1.tar.gz/provenance returns 404.
For comparison, the previous release 2.30.0 featured attestation: https://pypi.org/integrity/google-api-core/v2.30.0/google_api_core-2.30.0.tar.gz/provenance
Was the removal of attestation intentional? Could it be perhaps related to #16472?
