The same changes are applied in packages and in .librarian/generator-input so that there won't be any extra diffs when these APIs are next generated.

Summary of Changes

Hello @jskeet, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request addresses minor inconsistencies in .repo-metadata.json files for google-analytics-data and google-cloud-memcache. By standardizing URL formats, it prevents future discrepancies that could arise during automated API generation processes, ensuring cleaner and more predictable repository state.

Highlights

  • URL Correction for Google Analytics Data: Corrected the issue_tracker URL for google-analytics-data by removing an unnecessary URL-encoded plus sign and space (%2B%20).
  • URL Standardization for Google Cloud Memcache: Standardized the product_documentation URL for google-cloud-memcache by adding the 'https://' scheme.
  • Consistency Across Directories: Ensured consistency by applying these metadata fixes to both the packages/ and .librarian/generator-input/packages/ directories to prevent future diffs during API generation.

Code Review

The pull request addresses minor inconsistencies in .repo-metadata.json files by correcting issue tracker URLs and adding https:// prefixes to product documentation URLs. These changes ensure the metadata is accurate and consistently formatted, which is a good cleanup.
