Code Review
This pull request enables code generation for the google-auth-httplib2 library by removing the skip_generate flag. Additionally, it reorders and cleans up metadata in .repo-metadata.json, organizes imports in the documentation configuration and library code, and removes redundant whitespace. I have no feedback to provide.
