Mistake at WriteCommittedStream.java example #2046
Description
https://github.com/googleapis/java-bigquerystorage/blob/HEAD/samples/snippets/src/main/java/com/example/bigquerystorage/WriteCommittedStream.java has issue, at line 120 it creates second copy of BigQuery client which is unnecessary.
