[Feature] Provide source distribution files on Pypi

Seem that for none of the python-genai release, you provide source distribution files:

It is provided for the Vertex AI SDK for example:

And it is needed to create the conda-forge version of this package.

here are the instructions, it is present for all other GCP packages so not sure why it is not present here. Hopefully this can be added for 1.3.0
